Refund policy
Returns
Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sharing the Barre you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the hygiene sticker); returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at sharingthebarre@gmail.com. When your return has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied after wearing our product, please reach out at sharingthebarre@gmail.com to provide feedback and gain assistance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. That way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like items gifted or bought through our Crowdfunding Event.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your leotard for a different size please contact us at sharingthebarre@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know that the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
